1. I support the plans to add an additional 2 floors. Although the council has already approved the original DA, this building is bulky and sets an undesirable environment with its poor design and building envelope. The facade is so poorly treated that I wonder how could this development be approved in the first place. Bulky with no visual relief or appropriate design elements, this development will not benefit the community.
