1. Will impact on property values
2. Too close to existing Service Centre at Tuggerah
3. Will destroy the Rural tranquillity of this area.
3. Why can't it be built further up the M1 maybe closer to Toronto,where there are no residential properties to impact on
5. Dora Creek and Cooranbong already getting congested and no extra infrastructure.
