Serious thoughts need to be made on car parking this is a small crt. This particular block has a small frontage. Parking should be onsite two spots per unit and 3 visitor parking bays at least. Kids play and ride in this court all the time. If you have more parked cars you'll have a higher risk of kids not being seen. Do your duty and approve only well thought plans not just complete maximum profit makers.
