Well done Wyong Council. Once again you ignore the local community and allow this monstrosity to be built on land full of large trees and wildlife.

I will miss watching the kangaroos pass by in the mornings and afternoons only to be replaced with hideous townhouses and ruin the life syle for which we orginally moved here for 13 years ago.

The soon Doug Eaton and the rest of this useless council is voted our the better.

I think serious consideration needs to be given to the impact of 60 townhouses in such a small sub division.

You have already ignored the community in Hamlyn Terrace, now the Council is seeing fit to allow this absolute rubbish to destroy one of your greatest growth areas in the community for the sake of fees and rates.

Actually do this in one of your areas.

Your due diligence is appalling, allowing developers to pay for approvals, one day you the Council might actually act in the best interest of the people of this community instead of looking after yourselves.

Take a look at what Warringah Council did to Dee Why because of unethical decisions.

Your about to bring down the one area that can actually save the Central Coast from years of your backward decisions.

Well done Wyong Council, you have ignored ratepayers once again, I gave up on you years ago, it's all about money and not about your community and its residents, you are building a future slum Rea, too many people in such a small area.
