The proposal incorporates 226 residential units, ground floor retail tenancies along Lachlan Street and future Gadigal Avenue, 210 car parking spaces, vehicle access via future Tung Hop Street and associated landscaping. The application is Integrated Development requiring the approval of the NSW Office of Water under the Water Management Act 2000.
