This house is a drug den It is a fire trap waiting to be lit I cannot believe places like this exist Has there ever been any fire compliance ? Well council you have now been put on notice this is a FIRE TRAP and you will be responsible if anyone is trapped To believe anyone could live in these conditions and to be charged $250. A room is appalling ! It should be demolished ASAP and these people given proper accomodation. Athe owner should be feeling the total brunt of the law including the ato

The screaming abuse at people as they walk home / past, the fighting in the front yard that spills into the street not to mention the obscene / foul language that is a constant day and night all make the occupants terrible neighbours. The broken bottles, syringes in the neighbouring alley way and verbal abuse of anyone walking past makes the occupants dangerous to their neighbours.

The boarding house doesn't belong in the area if the tenants can't behave in a respectable manner toward the rest of the community.
