Absolute joke of an application! Bulldogs leagues should be ashamed they turned a great memorial to our Diggers into what seems to be a little cash cow for themselves.

The area does not need the service as we are a quiet suburb with enough Childcare facilities to cater for our Children.

    Earlwood Children's centre
    Mamma Goose
    Jelly beings
    Uniting pre school
    Clemton park CCC
    Earlwood caring for Kids
    Cheeky Monkeys
    Earlwood pre school....

    Enough is enough!

A 140 place centre so close to a main road? And not to mention the fact that all the other centres in the area are quite small and this would definately have a HUGE impact on their business. Coming from small centre, council will not even allow us to raise our numbers by one- from 28-29 yet this centre will have 140? This just does not make sense. This proposed centre will be less than 400metres away from Mama Goose also, again not very fair. For safety reasons alone this should be allowed and the fact that it would hurt good, honest small businesses is definately not on.
