    I strongly believe that this application should not be approved.

    The area is subject to a heritage overlay, which is a key reason that Charles and Parker streets have been able to retain their characteristics and appeal. I believe that the addition of four (I assume) townhouses, with no off-street carparking would not only reduce the attractiveness of the street but would also add to congestion in these streets.
