This house is a rental property, the property is all ways been used day and night, to add a second dealing to this property , this would cause more noise within the street, it's bad enough with them now.

Shocked we weren't notified of a development that will have a huge impact on our cul de sac. There is limited street parking. With the current renters having about 4 cars for a 3 bedroom house, where are they going to fit them all?
The owners of this property don't live there & have never lived in this house & don't appreciate the impact this will have on long standing residents. Noise & people numbers are high enough for this location.
This is not a high density, "jam them in" location. It is purely for a money making rental venture.
    Please reconsider.

We are shocked with this building application, as we live in the cu de sac and the amount of times they park there cars all over the cu de sac, also they have no care for people driveways , they block it and use it to fix there cars and are very rude, they are very noisy with cars making heaps of noise during the night, we do not need any more people or extensions, this was a quite strret , until they come along.
