I have noticed from the reduced copies of the application that the distance from the northern boundary is 3 meters , other applications through council , I believe all application prior to these there was a minimum set back of 6 meters for a "green corridor" I would like to be notified when the building application will be amended to include this 6 meter allowance, Also there doesn't appear to be any notification of the main sewerage line, running north/south through number one Heath street or the West/East sewerage line running through numbers 1&3 Heath St.
I will be waiting with baited breath for more information.
    Thanking you for your action

Very disappointed and unhappy to note in the development application that there is ONLY a 3 metre distance from the rear single level building to the Southern Boundary which backs onto our property. Whereas our easterly neighbour had to have a 6M distance with his development. I don't understand the irregularities. With only a 3 metre distance to the boundary, this building does impact on our property when looking at the shadow diagrams. Surely when applying to build multiple dwellings on a residential block Council is more sympathetic to existing home owners?

In addition to the previous comments I made to which I have not received any response from Council, we are also extremely concerned that the existing buildings (homes and/or sheds) situated on 1 and 3 Heath Street more than likely contain ASBESTOS.

Should the DA be approved and the proposed development proceed, we are concerned as to how the existing buildings will be demolished, especially if ASBESTOS is present. We would like advise from Council as to what procedure will be followed and what precautions will be taken by the developer? And how will Council ensure ALL buildings are demolished and ALL materials are removed from the site in a safe and correct manner to ensure the safety of adjoining residents?

We would appreciate if Council could please make contact with us to discuss this matter. Thank you.
