    This application should be approved as an asset to the amenity of the area. Bean Thief Café has been a well run and popular local meeting point.

    I am confident that the management will be very cognisant of the needs for R.S.A.

    A civilised adjunct to a pleasant meal is to have a glass of wine if desired.

    It is also on a public transport route so there should be no problems with drinking and driving!
