1. Ridiculous over saturation of child care centres within a very small radius in the Kirrawee/Jannali and Sutherland area....There may be a high need for 0-2 year old spots however there is more than adequate places for 2-5 year olds's and this puts existing non-profit, community based services in jeopardy of remaining viable at the expense of private services and local over-development.
