    Are they kidding - 4 units & reduction in carparking
    Should be reduction in number of units or at least 1 carspace per bedroom as these units are always rented out.

    Limited parking to one side of street already, so could existing street accommodate 12 more cars. I live further along street and offstreet parking already limited as some properties do not have front driveway

    I would have thought 300 sqm per unit would be maximum - hence site could only accommodate 2 units not 4.

    Why 3-storey - no other 3-storey buildings in the area. Developers can go build along the railway if they want to over develop a neighbourhood
