    Dear Sirs,

I would like to lodge a complaint and a comment on the redevelopment plan for DA number 201425994. As per Multi Unit Housing Development Code from ACTPLA and residential development code, it's stated clearly that the land redevelopment (for a non corner block), only 35% plot ratio allowed and only a maximum of 2 units allowed for the land size less than 1050m2 where on this block, it's just 865m2 and this means the block is not allowed for 3 units as per application and the allowable plot ratio shall be 35% and not 50% as per application.

If this plan to be approved by ACTPLA then I shall lodge a complaint to anti corruption authority for a full investigation on this development.

    Thank you.

    Regards,
    James
