A reduction in 'standard' car parking facilities for an apartment building with cafe opposite an already busy train station is unacceptable
I ask Residents to write directly to council opposing the cat parking reduction.

Approving a development of 38 dwellings and reduced number of car parking is unacceptable. Trent street is already a busy street with the train station parking overflowing onto the street with cars often blocking residents' driveways and/or parking for longer than the permitted 2 hour limit. Reducing the number of car spaces will add more cars onto an already congested street.

  3. Bernadette commented

currently there is not enough parking for residents of the street and overflow parking from the Burwood railway station. Trent Street is constantly congested with cars and we already have issues with speeding cars avoiding the traffic lights at Lithgow Street, and traffic flow during peak times.
