12 stories on this site is excessive. It will tower over the surrounding buildings and suburbs.

This area of Woden should feature medium height buildings, so as to taper from the tall buildings of central Woden into the suburbs.

At 12 stories this development looks set to become the Sky Plaza of north Woden, a building that is universally reviled.

I also fail to see any allowance for bike parking, other than 4 bike racks shown on the landscaping plan. Surely a building of this size, 323 units, and this close to Woden, should support a large population of cyclists, sufficient to warrant secure basement parking facilities.

I do not support this development in its current form.
