    Address: Cor Lot 945DP 236828 Spl Cor, 2 Jupiter Street Winston Hills 2153

    As the next door neighbour to this property my objection to this development is an unforseen water problem due to overloading of the present system as the sewage junction is directly outside my home. I would like assurance that my home won't be flooded in a backup of sewage or drainage water.

    My second objection is that the new design of the proposed extension will seriously affect light entering my kitchen area to the point of complete obliteration of any sky which is now visible to me.
