Am concerned about access to large billabong from proposed fence line - About 2 metres. Also with regard to snakes, black and brown in the reeds of the billabong at the same distance to the proposed sandpit. There are also funnel web spiders. Also the glass in the building is not safety glass. The very large panels of glass walls are a concern for little children.
