- Eden Brae completed the development of my home over an 8 month period. After the build was completed, we were given partial completion. Since then, we have completed the outstanding requirements to be able to apply for the Occupancy Certificate. This included the installation of the driveway for the house and receiving approval from the Blacktown council, and ensuring all stepdown thresholds meet the requirements.
