This proposed property development will directly cause major devastating catastrophic impact to Properties at South Street Corner Seaview Villas located at Clayton Court Thornlands QLD 4164 16 Villas in total
My objections are listed below
1) Loss of Privacy
Windows will be overlooking the balconies and private back yard areas there will be lack of privacy in private property areas with windows looking into main living areas Main bedroom areas and bathroom areas
2)Overshadowing causing significant loss of Sunlight into homes private living areas and private property open space due to the height of the proposed property development
3)This development would cause excessive noise and vibrations to the complex that is already experiencing significant land movement issues
