I would like to know why this development has been zoned dual occupancy. I have lived in my house for 28 years and love the trees and wildlife that back onto my property. My house is the last property that backs onto this development, and I don't want storey townhouses overlooking my yard. I'm also concerned about the increase in traffic for Allamanda Drive/Mikkelsen Court as these are no through roads as well as the value of my property.
