Tree Application - Request for the removal of one (1) Tree Reason: The tree is an extremely tall (15-20m tall) gum tree, that was hit by lightning on Friday evening - 8th February 2019. A lot of bark was blasted off the trunk. We are now concerned about how stable it is and how safe it remains. The tree over hangs our home and neighbouring properties. It could hurt someone let alone a home. We have had a branch or 2 fall since Friday.

It also overhangs the boundary fence and will damage that too. The mess it causes also leaves our stairs very slippery as well which creates additional risk to us.
