PLANNING ACT 2023 - AMENDMENT TO DA202443311 - S168B-PROPOSAL FOR MULTI-UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND LEASE VARIATION. Amendment to development application for demolition of existing dwelling, construction of a 2-3 storey residential building comprising of 9 dwellings and under croft parking, driveway/verge crossing, landscaping, tree removal and associated works. Lease variation to remove number of dwellings specified in crown lease and to permit multi-unit housing which is still under consideration - the amendment is to reduce the unit from 9 to 6 and building height from 3 storeys to 2 storeys, the design now complies with building envelopes and setbacks. Changes include upgraded driveway to comply with standard, retained verge tree on Bagor street, driveway position and reduced car park. Waste enclosures are relocated to the south-west boundary, new letterbox and courtyard walls are proposed along Bagot Street, with fencing to the north-east boundary, including open space and updated planting spaces.
