The noise levels of the plant are disturbing my ability to enjoy my home and surrounding neighbourhood. Allowing them to open and work from 5am to 10pm would give the residents of this area no peace.
    This application should be denied

The trucks exiting this facility often purposely fail to give way to oncoming traffic on Greendale Rd and expect that oncoming traffic will stop (I've been stopped multipletimes). Its highly probable that there will be a serious accident as the volume increases.

Noise & traffic are bound to increase in these areas either way, in fact already have.
I encourage all businesses within in the area big or small to expand, i don’t see any issue with it, go right ahead.

This property is identified within the South Creek Land Release Precinct of Camden City Council which is a precinct identified for future urban renewal and rezoning for master planned communities. Approving an increase in production would only mean that Council are delaying any intentions of having this land redeveloped/rezoned for the objective of the South Creek West Precinct. There are also certain restrictions and 'Buffer Zones' that will hinder any future development of surrounding land.

The application shows CSR's intentions to continue the operations of the plant for a long haul and this would not align with any urban renewal objectives Council have identified for the South West Growth Centre. Council should be promoting and supporting rezoning and development application like the current on public exhibition, known as the Belmore Road Precinct (Sub-Precinct 2).

The Aerotropolis has been rezoned to cater for developments such as this application. In fact, CSR also own one of the largest landholdings in the Aerotropolis (Badgerys Creek Precinct). The objectives of this precinct would beneficially support this use and this feedback should be given as part of this application.
