6 double story on a 380 block?! Excessive for the size of the block.

This does look over developed for the size of the land. The parkland precinct is going the way of the dogs with Mirvac, the other development and now other smaller developers following suit. Does not bode well for 3055.

This is excessive for a long but skinny block of land. Four has been the maximum on these blocks. This is more than is needed and makes me wonder about room sizes, parking and lack of windows.

The 6 dwellings are on 2 blocks (93 & 95) but it does seem excessive, in particular the 4 at the rear of the block. No north solar access to these buildings, it would be hard to achieve 6 stars and have comfortable amenity in those dwellings.
