    We oppose this development, and any future ones of this type in this area. This is an exercise in greed that is destroying the livibility and landscape of our beautiful suburb. Packing lots with structures and multiple dwellings will severely impact the community and safety of this area. Barrier Reef Drive is such a community friendly road way, used for careful commute, walking, run, cycling.. continuous development in the area will crowd the space, introduce more traffic and congestion making it unsafe.
    Buy a property in this area to live peacefully with greenery and spaceā€¦ not to pack it with resistance for an income stream.
    Please consider the ongoing detrimental effect it will have of this is approvedā€¦
