This proposal seeks the removal of water supply easement shown as e-2 & e-5 on ps445814w in favour of vol.9821 fol.322 which encumbers vol.10629 fol.171 and removal of water supply easement shown as e-3 & e-6 on ps445814w in favour. These easements are private easements in favour of neighbouring lots. We have been unable to make contact with the easement beneficiaries, and understand these easements may not be appropriate for removal, however, if they are still required, this application is submitted in aim of opening up discussions around redirection of the water supply within the proposed roads of the subdivision and possible variation of the existing easements. It is noted that goulburn murray water have requested the removal of their easement rights as part of the subdivision applications for this site, due to the orginal supply channel being rationalised through the connections program.
