    I definitely oppose this development.

This bluestone cottage has historical significance for Fullarton.

The owners knew what they were buying!

Council has NO REGARD for the area. Subdivision is ruining our neighbourhood.
Council is geared for development = $$$.
Council and developers are the only winners. When will common sense prevail??!!

This bluestone cottage is significant and representative of the area.

We do not need any more mass produced half size houses on ridiculously small blocks. Council has made it clear to us that our rate paying voice is pointless and that they often approved plans that they would not want to live next door to.

Haven't we been through all this with numerous objections recently?
Is Council ignoring the volume of comments/objections ?

I believe this has happened a number of times with this property. Redevelopment should not be accepted. I don’t agree with two separate two-story dwellings.

It’s the Rau building code, heritage zones and Assessment panels with only one Councillor NOT your roads , rates, rubbish Council . Resident protests, placards, court challenges will achieve nothing . Write to your State member. Building industry, densification are your opponents . It’s a nation wide issue
