The proposed project will involve lifting an existing approved garage roof by 1200mm over one quarter of the garage ie 9sqm. This area is to be used as file storage and an office will be located downstairs. An existing toilet and plumbing is present but it is proposed to put a shower in there also and make presentable the existing works. A single garage will also remain and it is proposed a double carport (vogue pergola) built out the front over a proposed new driveway. Originally a single vogue pergola was to be built in the approximate location however this is to be replaced by the dual pergola. The original full height fence will be replaced with an appropriate wall or fence structure between 600-1000mm high so as to provide minimal intrusion.
