Subdivisions without proper allocation for more than one family car has caused our area to become congested with parked cars. This makes it dangerous on Durham road, with so many cars now parked out on the street, it has made it impossible to see on coming traffic. These dwellings do not allow for extra cars, very few households only have one car.

The addition of units without more than one car park per unit within an already congested road needs adequate provision to be considered by council. Especially with several community based areas in the vicinity including parks, football grounds and the community house, all which take up a huge amount of roadside parking.

Subdivisions have become out of control in Kilsyth, Mooroolbark area. The traffic congestion on our local roads is at breaking point with intersections, choked. Enough is enough.

I agree. Crash at intersection on Hawthory and Cambridge Rd the another morning. I was just telling my daughter how dangerous this intersection has become and than a car crash happened right next to us.

Council is allowing overdevelopment of Mooroolbark. There is too much congestion with parking and traffic problems. Council must ensure there is adequate parking on the site.
