    A 4-storey building is higher than the current streetscape. All the other buildings in Lord Street do not exceed 3 storeys. The applicant advises they will landscape as well. It should be advised to them that their landscape include tall trees, like the other buildings in the street, and not just small garden plants.
    As a local of the area, and an employee of the street, Lord Street has changed considerably over the decades. The street should continue to appear like a small business village, with open and green areas.
