1. a development application for this small item should not be required ,there are other more important issues that should get attention. such as the redevelopment and distruction of existing lodges in thredbo village . one is the black bear lodge . the proposed new building does not fit in the village and would change it to its detriment. in fact , contra the well known mountain village, as advertised widely for many years.
