This is atrocious, having valuable office space in Epping being knocked down for residential towers. This is not a good trade off. Please stop this devastation. The proposed tower doesn't even look appealing at all. It's quite brutalist.

Epping is suffering from a dire shortage of decent commercial/office spaces.Plus Epping is already "over-populated". The planned residential towers would aggravate the already heavy traffic into this area.

Epping is fast becoming a ghost town during the day as people are going back to work. Small businesses in the area are suffering due to the lack of commercial space and workers. We've had enough of apartments. NSW's population growth has grinded to a halt. Why do we need more apartments? New apartments in the area are already struggling to sell. Please, we need more commercial space not more units.

As a resident of Epping I wonder if it is possible to retain a similar amount of commercial space as part of the replacement building plan(s).

Many Epping residents would agree that there is a dire shortage of public parking.
Could there be some consideration given to this when approving developments.
Visitors and service providers who call on residents of these developments still need somewhere to park.
