    Totally inappropriate, yet again.

This is yet another proposed over-development in a quiet residential street. It is also not an appropriate proposal given the already congested traffic and parking in neighbourhood streets.

Here we go again for the fourth time. Still a gross overdevelopment with no regards for the immediate community.Council surely must reject this again.

    Dear Neighbours,
Please help us to fight again and again to keep our tranquilities and life quality that everyone of you achieved in many many years of hard working.

We can not allow a developer that would like to cash in and leave the chaos to us

Please have your say to council

    Thank you

This proposed project for 19’dwellings/ 3 storeys is inappropriate development with for the residential area. It is out of character for the area and will impact on residents in the street and in in the local area.

I would like to formally oppose the application at 6 Bevis street as it is grossly inappropriate for the size of the block, it is also not in keeping with the current homes in the street which are mostly single or dual occupancy, the negative impact it would have on the immediate neighbors and the surrounding area would be detrimental to the quality and peace and quiet to the community, the surrounding streets have already become chocked with cars parking on the streets which has made it unsafe to travel through the area at times. The diverse housing has reached it's maximum in the side streets in Bentleigh East and with the large upcoming development in east boundary road this should offer more than enough diverse housing stock for the area. The Mayor said at one of the council meetings after rejecting a previous application for this allotment that he will not approve any future applications for apartments to be built in Bevis street, I implore the Council and town planning to support the mayor and the many many residents who have opposed this application and reject this application.
