49 manufactured houses on such a small area of land will not work ,each house will have vehicles,each house will have garbage, each house will have 2-6 people
therefore waste needs
Also we from South Pacific Estate already deal with ridiculous traffic movements on local streets
Seriously this should not even be considered

49 manufactered homes on such a small area of land will be so bad for the environment, in more ways than one. The traffic, even creating a roundabout will mean even more traffic problems. At least 49 more cars trying to get out of Pitman Ave will add to the traffic problems already in our area. Please do not consider this development, in the south pacific estate.
