1. Facadism. A previously well renovated house that kept many 120 year old original features to be mostly knocked down except for the front room with not one but two storeys plonked on top. Once upon a time these houses were respected for their heritage, now its anything goes. Soon none will be left. Also the plantings of bushes and plants do not compensate for the removal of mature trees.
