1. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
   THE PROPOSED WORK ON 11A HAS ALREADY BEEN COMPLETED , THE TRUCK THAT WAS AT 11A WISE STREET WAS FROM SLANEY EXCAVATIONS MENAI , THE DATE WAS 11/5/2017 I HAVE PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE .
   SOME 12 MONTHS LATER THE SAME TRUCK WAS THERE AGAIN FOR HALF DAY , NOT LONG AFTER STEEL BARS OF VARIOUS SIZES TURNED UP IN THE DRIVEWAY AND MONTHS LATER TWO CONCRETE TRUCKS AND A PUMP OF WHICH I ALSO HAVE PHOTOGRAGHIC EVIDENCE .
   I AM TELLING YOU THIS AS THE OWNERS AND OCCUPANTS , PETER AND KAREN VARDANEGA OF 11A WISE STREET MAROUBRA HAVE DONE ENORMOUS AMOUNTS OF WORK WITHOUT DA APPROVAL SO I AM TELLING YOU THIS WORK IS COMPLETED NOT AND WITHOUT GETTING DA APPROVAL TO DO SO ,
   THIS APPLICATION MAKES LAUGHING STOCK OF PERSONS WHO RESPECT COUNCIL AND NEIGHBOURS RIGHTS

2. We are the adjoining semi to this development with great concerns about these works that started with out a DA sited Back in November 2017 .
   Which has resulted in damages sited in the engineers report just submitted .
   Council warned that there was serious ,dangerous and structural problems with 11a which may impact on our semi s structure also.
   I know for a fact there was no standing room under 11 a it was an area to store garden equipment ie ladders etc you were unable to stand up in that space before being purchased by the now owners I believe there is now standing room under 11 a (we were informed by council. )
   Before further work we want safety and structural damages attended too making safe for all including our home .
   We don’t feel this is a necessary development to create a sub floor room in this heritage property which may result in further risk to our home .
