This location is a small area of green space in a housing estate and currently provides the only playground in the area. Dividing the block into four for housing will decrease the feel of the entry to the estate and remove an opportunity for community use. I would request that this application be denied as it is of detriment to the community.

Since submitting the original comment I have been told that the location mentioned is not correct and in fact the development request relates to land in Patrick Drive, despite being listed as Whistler Drive. If this is correct my comment can be deleted.
