1. The traffic situation around Dunhevad road is horrendous and before you allow another multi-storey complex you should address the issue of traffic congestion. Penrith Council has ignored this issue for way too long and that should be your priority for the tax payers instead of appeasing the developers

2. I don't understand how projects like this keep getting approved with a complete lack of infrastructure upgrades being done to cope with the growing population in the Werrington & Werrington County area.

3. Maybe Council and State government should address the state of local roads before approving high density housing. Clearly they have never tried to get to the Great Western Hwy at Werrington during peak periods. It’s is a disgrace. These Townhouses and multi story apartments should be banned until local roads are fixed.

4. Great development. Good for Werrington growth.
