1. This applicant has managed to have works approved that impact negatively on properties in Chesterfield Parade. No consideration has been given to the further erosion of our visual & acoustic privacy. By the applicant's own admission, the Oceanview is a jarring building that exceeds the planning controls for the site. The proposed lift window will allow further overlooking of our property including into our bedroom. It should be refused. thanks.
