This is a sloping road, if this new dwelling end up taller than the upper block, that doesn't blend in well with the environment. May consider to build a split level, 2 on the lower side and 1 on the upper side. It also has privacy issue if the new rear block can easily overlook into other's backyard.

Observe the house foundation with the private certifier. Some would elevate the foundation up to 1.5 m height to get the perfect view. The neighbour's fence height would also secretly elevate to 1.8 m rule. They will either build a timber foundation or garden bed before installing the colourbond fence. It was sad to see that this type of development would be allow to break up the even appearance of the street.
