    Yet another ridiculous, rates revenue-driven subdivision of land as Boroondara Council pursues its relentless slice and dice subdivision strategy at the expense of homeowner amenity, streetscape aesthetics and suburban functionality.

    Yes it's ridiculous, Stuart Glazebrook, the planning scheme is meant to provide better housing for families included, and it's only making it worse by reducing the number of family homes for children to enjoy their privacy when required and NOT be forced in these COVID TIMES to go to parks in MASKS and all that bad stuff.
    THERE'S NEED FOR IMMEDIATE CESSATION OF SUBDIVISIONS HERE!
