1. I dont know the controls here, but I suggest that Council use this DA to examine very closely both the noise controls around this business, and the actual real-life compliance with those or any other noise controls
   The entire facade of the bar opens and I have heard loud music from the bar echoing out into the broader arcade area of the development and beyond, late in the evening.
   In particular, I am sure that this loud music (especially the heavy beats bouncing off hard surfaces) must create a nuisance for residents of the Boheme flats, and any guests in the Adina hotel would find this troubling.
