PROPOSAL FOR ESTATE DEVELOPMENT PLAN - Proposal for an Estate Development Plan, for Stage 3 only, to create 8 CZ5 Zoned blocks including 6 single residential blocks and 2 commercial blocks. Works include establishment of block boundaries; works to provide access and utility connections where necessary; stormwater management; earthworks; shared paths and associated landscaping on and off-site, including a 2m shared path along Northbourne Avenue verge; development of public domain areas including the nearby Hope Street playground at Block 19 Section 11 Dickson; and improvements to Morphett Street to facilitate traffic movements into the site. Reuse of existing depot building as a community activity centre. Construction of new community activity centre and pergola. Construction of new outdoor plaza and installation of permeable paving. Construction of new vehicle access from Henty street, the installation of a water tank, off site works, landscaping, and associated works.

PROPOSAL FOR MIXED USE COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT AND LEASE VARIATION - Construction of mixed use building comprising of 163 residential dwellings, commercial tenancies basement car parking, verge alterations, tree removal and associated works. Lease variation to consolidate Blocks 19 and 20.
