Submissions closed for this DA on 11 February. It includes the removal of 13 trees to which I strongly object. There is also no information provided with the DA about its heritage impact although located in a Heritage Conservation Area (HCA). No front view is provided in the plans. So residents are left guessing about its likely heritage impact. Sadly we are likely to see yet another modern oversized home erode into this pretty heritage area. If approved this part of the East Epping HCA will have recently lost 23 trees as Council has also allowed 10 other trees to be removed on neighbouring properties without replacement.
