Hi Guys: we guess your granny flat proposal means the destruction of your beautiful tree? We live over in Shepard St and love the shade and birds your tree give us all. Is there a chance you can build around the new structure as every time a dual occupancy gets approved by Council, this area loses yet another mature tree. Will there be a replacement tree?
