1. * Why is there no Traffic Management plan or report with this application?
   * What precautions of weight limits will be enforced to protect the delicate nature of our sewer system along Barnett Lane?
   * Will this owner be forced to purchase parking permits for all their workers?
   * Residents need to be able to park and not be inconvenienced by the multitude of worker's, heavy machinery trucks, delivery vehicles, loaded and unloaded demolition trucks that park on Bon Accord well in excess & beyond time limits daily and are rarely infringed!
   Bon Accord is a high traffic narrow street with constant presence of over staying vehicles.

2. Parking is a big issue. Several renovations are underway in Bon Accord Ave and tradies are parking well over the parking limit, without permits and without regard for the residents.
