    11 Denman Parade, Normanhurst DA/56/2021
Thank you for the attention you have paid to the needs and privacy concerns of the people living next door to your proposed development. This had been my first concern about this development.
The allocation of only two disability parking spaces on site still needs to be addressed. At any time of the day, it is very difficult to find street parking in Denman Parade, due to students driving to Normanhurst Boys High School and commuters who use Normanhurst Station parking on both sides of the street. (I regularly visit a friend who lives at No. 15, I park in his garage because there is nowhere to park in the street.) It is very short-sighted to only allow for two authorised vehicles to be parked on the premises. There could be visitors, staff and delivery vehicles who will have nowhere to park when visiting this address. Please consider allowing an additional two parking spaces for general parking.

All planning should consider the needs of not just now but for the future. This includes adding sufficient parking and ensuring the new structure is not an eyesore to the area.

Also agree that care for privacy for neighbours.
