Ooh look just what we the people of Penrith need! Another Flop house for ex-cons and Drug Addicts!
    Thank you Penrith Council? 😤

And I have just seen how close this Flop House is to the South Penrith Primary School!
Oh Penrith Council you can not allow this to happen!

Maybe a coincidence. There was an application for the same thing being a boarding house on the house block next door on the corner. A couple of years ago this happened. Was to be the Same 2 story boarding house. That was knocked back by council. This shows the address to be 157 Jamison Rd. I hope council look carefully if it is the same developer. I imagine it is. This block 157 Jamison Rd is a very small. Far to small for what it states as 2 Story boarding house. The area is has most private single story homes. The closeness to a public school is of concern. I do hope that this is not going to happen. It’s not the right place for a 2story boarding house. Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns.

Oh great! It’ll be full of junkie con scum no doubt 🤦‍♂️ Just what the area needs! Right near a primary school too, morons!

Why are so many boarding homes being approved? Not going to be a good look for Penrith city in years to come, all I can say is they better be managed properly with a 24hr caretaker, plus enough parking for all tenants and visitors so as not to congest the surrounding streets. Very disappointed in Penrith Council !!!

These boarding houses are in effect dumping grounds for people who need proper care and rehabilitation. Will there be supervision of this boarding house by 24 hour care? Of course not.I wonder why Penrith Council so readily even considers such a proposal, let alone allowing this proliferation of unsupervised boarding houses to occur in the Penrith area. Also, as mentioned by other commentators, surely the fact that there is a primary school so close to this intended establishment should immediately raise concerns? If anything untoward should happen I wonder if the council could be held responsible and negligent due to irresponsible decision making?

This application should not go through.

I hope you will consider the proximity to the nearby school.
