   Great to see a new home going in. Can your contractors be careful of the tree on the verge? This area has lost too many trees over the years, so every one is precious.

2. Yes please keep the tree on the verge. It's a beauty and will help prevent even more unnecessary heating on the peninsula. You will enjoy your new home more knowing a gorgeous tree is on your doorstep :)
